Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oats (40 g, 150 kcal)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (100 g, 60 kcal)
  • ½ cup mixed berries (100 g, 40 kcal)
  • 1 tsp honey (7 g, 20 kcal)

Calories: ~270 kcal

Macronutrients:

  • Protein: ~15.5 g
  • Fat: ~3 g
  • Carbs: ~45 g

Instructions:

  1. Bring water to a boil, add oats, and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Top with mixed berries, and a drizzle of honey.
