Chicken meatballs with zucchini and rice

Ingredients:
- Ground chicken 5 oz.
- Brown rice 1/4 cup
- Zucchini 1/2 cup
- Onion 1/4 pc
- Garlic 1 pc
- Tomatoes 1/4 cup
- Tomato sauce 1/4 cup
- Olive oil 1 tsp.
- Salt, pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Combine the chicken mince with the onion, garlic, salt, and pepper to form meatballs. Fry in olive oil until golden, then add the tomatoes and tomato sauce and stew for 10 minutes.
- Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Cut the zucchini into circles and preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Arrange the zucchini in a baking dish, add salt, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve the meatballs with the rice and zucchini.
