Fitness helps lower blood glucose levels, but with glucose above 13–14 mmol/L, physical activity is not recommended.
First, with the help of carbohydrates, you need to bring sugar to a moderately increased level. Since there is a risk of hypoglycemia while exercising, you need to intake fast-digesting carbohydrates. Blood sugar is also measured after exercise.
